What's TwtFAQ?
TwtFAQ is a simple application that lets you send more that 140 chars text, photos, videos and maps on a Tweet.

What can I do with TwtFAQ?
You can use TwtFAQ to solve a few problems you might find with the 140 chars limitation. Here are a few:
(1) Customer support: You might get questions about your product/service that you just can't answer in 140 chars. Then you have to either turn this conversation to email, or send the answer in several consecutive tweets. With TwtFAQ, you can elaborate one response, add images or videos and always reference to it when someone else asks the same question!
(2) Event wrap-up: If you tweet from events or conferences, you might want to send a summary update about it.
(3) Anything else in between a tweet and a blog post! (We're sure you'll find a use for it)

Here's what you can add to your FAQ Page:

  • A more than 140 chars text!
  • Images. Simply add the links to your photos on Twitpic, Yfrog or Tweetphoto
  • Videos. Simply embed your YouTube or any other video.
  • Maps. Simply enter the address or embed the map.

Why should I use TwtFAQ?
Because sometimes 140 chars just aren't enough! You can better reply to your customers inquiries, reference to it for other similar questions... you can always edit your long tweets! And did we mention it's FREE?

How do I create a TwtFAQ?
In order to create a TwtFAQ, go to Add a Response and fill out this one form. You won't need to create an account. The title and tweet fields are required, however, you don't have to include photos, videos or addresses. When you submit this form, you will get to the TwtFAQ page which you can share via Twitter, Facebook, Identi.ca, FriendFeed or any other social network of your choice.

How do I share my TwtFAQ?
When you're at a TwtFAQ event page, you will see links to "Twitter or Facebook" at the top of the page. If you click on one of them, a default message is created with the title of the long tweet (we will NOT update it for you, as we don't require your account username/password. So you will need to login with your social network and you can review and modify the message before submitting it)

You can always copy + paste the TwtFAQ link and share however you'd like: email, instant messenger, etc.

How can I edit my TwtFAQ?
You can access all of your long tweets and edit them by going to My FAQ Page.
