I've created my resume/job post, now what?

Twtjobs is a tool that can help you to manage and share your resume/job opening on Twitter. We're not a job board site. We help you to leverage your own network to promote your resume/job opening.
For example, if you're looking for a job, you can create your Twitter Resume (140 chars) and some keywords for your industry, education, etc and a link to your full resume @ LinkedIn.
Then you can tweet about it, post it on Facebook so that your friends can refer you to a position or RT your resume.
The same applies to employers. There's an extra functionality for employers in which they can receive Twitter Resumes directly from the site.
The job application is a simple text-box, where candidates only need to enter their Twitter name. We'll get their Twitter Resume and email it to the employer.
After you create your resume/job post, you're given a unique URL which you can share on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
You can also use your own Twitter name after twtjobs.com, example: http://twtjobs.com/twtfelipe
There's a good review of Twtjobs @ ReadWriteWeb: http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/twtjobs.php
